What we do

Everything a business needs to get online and stay there.

Start with the one thing you need today, like a new website or an app, and add the rest when it makes sense. If something isn't worth doing yet, we'll tell you.

Selected work

Real projects, live today.

A tutoring marketplace, a property advisory platform, a co-living website and a jewellery store. Client sites you can visit.

Who we are

An Indian software company with a plain-spoken way of working.

FTN Consortium started with a love of building software, and some frustration with IT firms that promise a lot and deliver little. We wanted a company that tells clients the truth about cost and time, writes everything down, and is still around after launch.

Since 2019 we've delivered more than a hundred projects for clients across India: business websites, online stores, mobile apps, internal tools and cloud migrations.

Process

How a project runs.

Four stages, the same for a five-page website or a full application.

  1. Step 01

    Conversation

We talk through your business, your customers and what the project needs to achieve, and look at anything you already have.

  2. Step 02

    Proposal

You get a written scope, timeline and price. Nothing starts until you have approved it.

  3. Step 03

    Build and review

We work in short cycles and show you working software as we go, so there are no surprises at the end.

  4. Step 04

    Launch and support

We deploy, check everything in production and stay on for fixes, updates and improvements.

Questions

Things people usually ask.

If your question isn't here, send it to us. We're happy to answer before you commit to anything.

How do we get started?

Send us a few lines through the contact form or by email. We reply within 24 hours on business days, talk through what you need, and then send a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Work starts only after you approve it.

How is pricing structured?

Prices are in Indian rupees. Unless agreed otherwise, half is paid before work starts and the rest on completion. Larger projects can be split into milestone payments.

Who owns the code and designs?

You do. Once the project is fully paid, everything we created specifically for your project is transferred to you.

What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of free bug fixes from final delivery. After that you can choose a monthly plan for updates, security patches, monitoring and support.

Will you keep our information confidential?

Yes. Business information, logins and project details are treated as confidential, and that obligation continues for three years after the engagement ends.

Do you work with small businesses and startups?

Yes. Making good technology affordable for businesses of every size is why FTN exists. We can also keep a first version deliberately small so you launch sooner and spend less.

Tell us what you're building.

Send a few lines about your project. We reply within 24 hours on business days with next steps and, where we can, a rough idea of cost and time.
